As a supervisor, I will encourage and motivate my employees, so they have the passion and hard work are high in the work .. the first is by way of providing inspiration, namely by entering into the spirit of the person to be willing to do something effectively . good answer, I are you sure to motivate the employee with increase salary. I think first not good solution because the company have standard salary.
